Business Veteran Hal Bolter Named President of RFS
BROOKSVILLE, Fla., Feb. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — RFS Founder Ron Wilhite announced today after 13 years as President, he is appointing Hal Bolter as his replacement. RFS, formerly known as Regions Facility Services, recently announced a nationwide rebrand and expansion of services in the restaurant renovation service industry.
Wilhite said, “I am pleased to announce Hal Bolter will be joining RFS as the company’s new President. He will be responsible for the company’s overall performance, growth, and brand in the marketplace. Hal will manage the directors of Sales, Operations and Finance. Bolter is a former U.S. Naval Ship Board Officer that served during Operation Desert Storm. He has a strong track record of successful business performance, having grown his own business from $4 million to $15 million, before selling it in the fall of 2015.

Hal has been married to wife Kristen for 26 years, is a native of Florida, and has six children: Chelsea (23), Emily (22), Grady (19), Annie (14), Lucy (12), and Henry (9). He has an engineering degree from Auburn University (’89) and will complete his Executive MBA from the University of Miami in December (’16).
