RFS® provides facilities maintenance, construction, rollout, and related project management services to commercial clients. Specific scope, pricing, and terms for any given project are governed by a separate written agreement, purchase order, or work order between RFS® and the client, which will control over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

● Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems

● Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site

● Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from RFS®, we will send you automated reminders that a payment is due before its due date. We do not use SMS for marketing or any other purpose. The following terms apply:

● Consent is not a condition of purchasing any services from RFS®

● Message and data rates may apply

● Message frequency varies based on your invoice due dates

● Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance

● Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

● Supported carriers may not include all carriers; coverage and reliability may vary

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RFS® or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party services (such as scheduling, payment, or communications platforms). RFS® is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RFS® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES. RFS®'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RFS®, IF ANY, IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RFS® harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
