As the Trusted Facilities Expert® in the markets we serve, RFS® self-performs much of our work for our clients.


This requires a team of highly qualified in-house technicians, and a strong team of Project Managers and Coordinators strategically located throughout the country. We are constantly looking for talent to join our Operations team. As an RFS® Associate, you will have the opportunity to enter our training pipeline at varying entry points depending on your experience and skill. That said, all of our Operations Associates are working toward becoming RFS® Certified, and we are committed to the training, development and resources to help you get there.

Our RFS® Certified Operations Associates make up a network that stretches across the country and is made up of individuals who are either on their way to becoming, or are highly skilled, multi-craft technicians capable of working at night with applications that include flooring, ceilings, ventilation, millwork, wall-coverings, stainless equipment, FRP, and many other nuances that create a heavily utilized commercial kitchen. On occasion we also recruit highly skilled members of our corporate support team in areas like Accounting, Administration, and Leadership.
