Affiliate Application Form

We self-perform our work for our clients. Although we do much of this work with in-house employees, some of our crews are legally sub-contractors who receive 1099’s each year from us. Because of our unique relationship with these sub-contractors, we call them Affiliates. As an RFS® Affiliate, you will have the advantage of a large pipeline of steady work and preferred payment terms—you won’t wait to get paid until we are paid, we compensate our affiliates on time.

Our Affiliate network stretches across the country and is made up of preferred business partners who are both generalists, like our in-house crews, or specialists (masonry, mill-work, electrical, HVAC). Our primary objective for our clients is satisfaction which comes from a job well done. Since the price of quality is eternal vigilance, we expect our Affiliates to participate in our quality and training programs. 

Our Affiliates work across the following divisions (you’ll need to select which division you’d like to apply for below):
Facilities: Regional Travel | Lead & Helper Teams
Travel regionally (typically within 3–5 hours) completing retail maintenance, remodels, and repair projects. This role is designed for a skilled lead technician and helper with experience in finish carpentry, painting, staining, quarry tile, ceiling grid, bathroom remodels, wall upgrades, and general commercial renovations.

Construction: Nationwide Travel | 5–8 Person Crews
Travel nationwide on a three-weeks-on, one-week-off schedule as part of a 5–8 person commercial construction crew. Ideal for experienced tradespeople who enjoy large-scale remodels, new construction, and working on long-term projects across the country.

Rollouts: Nationwide Travel | Two-Person Teams
Travel nationwide on a three-weeks-on, one-week-off schedule as a two-person team consisting of a multi-skilled lead and helper. This position focuses on commercial equipment replacements and store upgrades, requiring strong electrical, plumbing, rigging, equipment installation, and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
