One Call Manager

Lauren Solis serves as the One Call Manager for RFS®, where she supports the coordination and execution of One Call projects while building strong relationships with Clients, vendors, and Team Members.

Throughout her career, Lauren has developed a strong foundation in project coordination, relationship management, and problem-solving. Her experience has shaped a dependable and solutions-oriented approach, with an emphasis on clear communication, follow-through, and keeping projects moving forward.

Lauren brings these strengths to RFS® through her ability to connect people and priorities, navigate challenges, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and professionally while maintaining a high level of service.

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Strayer University in 2022.
