

Joe Bell
Vice President of Client Experience
Joe has been on the RFS® team for several years and has established a reputation of understanding and being responsive to clients’ needs. Prior to RFS® , he spent more than 20 years in sales and management for Sherwin Williams and Sun Coast Plumbing and Electric. Joe earned three business degrees from Flagler College, where he attended while on a golf scholarship. Joe serves as a Life Director of the Citrus County Builders Association.

Selby Holder
Director of Client Experience
Prior to moving to the Client Experience Team at RFS®, Selby served as the Regional Manager, Facilities West. Before joining RFS®, he was a Facility Director for a large state technical college system. With over 15 years of experience in facility management, large construction, and renovation projects, Selby brings a wealth of expertise to our team. He has a strong background in project management and cost control. Selby earned his Associate Degree from Texas State Technical College and is an alumnus of the RFMA Leadership program.
