Director of Rollouts

David brings over 30 years of experience in restaurant operations and facilities. The last several years he has specialized in capital rollouts, helping brand deploy initiatives across their system. With projects ranging in complexity from a new piece of equipment to complete dining room refreshes. David is an active member of RFMA and graduated from the RFMA Leadership Program in 2020. He has served on committee’s since joining RFMA in 2016, currently serving as the Vendor Co-chair on the Resources Committee.

Project Manager, Rollouts

Doug Tam served his country in the U.S. Nuclear Navy for six years. After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, he spent fifteen years working in various chemical laboratories. Deciding to change fields, Doug spent the next ten years working in online education. After joining RFS® as a Project Coordinator, he quickly was moved to the Rollouts Division where he learned how to support the various types of Rollout projects, earning him the promotion to a Project Manager. Doug is committed to doing quality work while providing our clients a mutually beneficial relationship.

Rich Saint Angel brings over 20 years of hands-onfront-line in the field experience and knowledge. Rich supports RFS® and incorporates his skills and abilities across both the RFS® Construction & RFS® Rollouts divisions. Rich has always prided himself with the ability to handle and think through the most difficult and complex situations and grew up with the concept of “To fail to be prepared, is to be prepared to fail”. That, together with his experience, knowledge and forward thinking personality, Rich is excited to b a part of the growth and development of RFS® and to better serve our Clients.
