John is a licensed General Contractor with more than two decades of experience in the construction and facility services industry with expertise in the management and cost control of multiple projects going on simultaneously. Prior to joining the RFS team more than 10 years ago, John served as Owner and President of a construction company and has several years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Senior Project Manager
After growing up in a family of commercial construction professionals, and continuing to garner experience through summers spent interning at RFS, Ray is well-versed in the diverse challenges of the industry. Upon graduating from USF in 2008 with a business degree, Ray joined the family business full-time as a project manager and obtained his General Contractor’s license. He has excelled at managing large-scale projects with the utmost efficiency, for some of the nation’s largest restaurant chains, and leads a team of remote project managers located throughout the country. Ray is currently in pursuit of his EMBA at the University of South Florida.
Senior Project Manager
Brent comes to RFS with 17 years experience in the construction and facility services industry. Before joining RFS, he was a project manager for large scale student housing and multi-family construction projects, providing comprehensive management of budgeting, scheduling, and personnel oversight. Prior to that, he was the owner and president of a residential remodeling company. Brent is a proud veteran of the United States Army.
Mike has worked in all areas of construction, ranging from a laborer to owning his own company, and he has over 10 years of management experience. He is also a Florida licensed building contractor. Prior to working at RFS, he served in the US ARMY and worked as a Deputy Sheriff. Mike holds a bachelors degree from Colorado Technical University and brings a wealth of knowledge from his professional experiences.
Jr. Project Manager
Ethen began with RFS as a Technician in 2017. Through his experience at RFS, and his heavy construction background, he quickly transitioned to the Junior Project Manager role. Prior to working for RFS, he worked for a home remodeling company and attended Erwin Technical College, where he studied all aspects of construction. Ethen also proudly served in the US Marines. Ethen is part of RFS west coast growth strategy and is currently working in growing the Texas market.
