

Mark Green
Director of Facilities
Mark began his journey as a Senior Lead Technician for RFS® and transitioned into Project Manager years later. He brings over 20 years of experience and knowledge of the facility realm and is often looked to as the knowledge expert when it comes to complex projects and ‘figure it out’ type of work. Mark has a passion to serve the Client and help fellow Technicians grow and develop to expand their knowledge and skillsets. Prior to joining RFS® Mark operated his own construction company but enjoys the day-to-day challenges the facility-side of work brings and being able to solve problems for our Clients. Mark is working towards obtaining his General Contractors license.

David Watkins
Project Manager - Mid-Atlantic
David Watkins is a Project Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region based in North Carolina. Prior to joining RFS®, David was a Maintenance Supervisor for local government Parks & Recreation where he was responsible for the upkeep of municipal facilities and oversaw multiple projects as well as advents pertaining to his department. David also has eight years of experience in restaurant management. He currently has his AS is Engineering and is working towards his BS in Civil Engineering at this time.

Paul Avers
Project Manager - Midwest
Over the last 22 years, Paul has been hands-on as an entrepreneur and an employee for a commercial and residential property management/construction company. As part of his drive to “ build” things, he developed and worked in the financing of structures to include mortgages and construction loans for almost 10 years. He has been fully licensed in “B” class electrical installation and worked full-time for licensed plumbers and as a carpenter.

Chris Mueller
Project Manager - Florida
Chris Mueller serves as an Associate Project Manager for RFS®, overseeing operations in Florida. Drawing from his background in both the dental lab and accounting industries, Chris has accumulated valuable experience as a Dental Tech/Manager and CPA. He obtained dual Bachelor Degrees in Accounting and Business Management from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL. Additionally, Chris fulfilled his Bachelor's and Master's coursework in Accounting to meet the CPA requirement at USF in Tampa, FL.

Chris Clarke
Project Manager - Southeast
Chris earned his Associate of Applied Science in Turf Grass Management from State Technical College of Missouri. He moved to St. Louis in 2016 to join Bellerive Country Club, a Platinum Club of America, where he worked for 8 years. During his time at Bellerive, Chris played a key role in the success of the 100th PGA Championship, enhancing both member and guest experiences, and overseeing campus-wide renovations.
Driven by his passion for excellence, Chris relocated to Florida to manage renovations at Atlantic Beach Country Club in Atlantic Beach, Florida. He now brings his extensive experience and dedication to RFS®, where he is committed to elevating customer experience and improving project efficiency.

Michael Stickley
Project Manager - Texas
Michael was born and raised in Waco Texas. He attended Texas A&M University, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, and minored in both Business and Sustainable Architecture & Planning. During this time he gained experience as an Assistant Manager at a fine dining restaurant.
Before joining RFS®, Michael worked as an Assistant Project Manager aiding in the staffing, construction, and operation of remote kitchens for artists and staff at music festivals nationwide. Michael's experiences in restaurant operations, construction, and architecture grant him a uniquely applicable skillset in the world of facilities.

Quinten Bain
Project Manager - West
Quinten brings over 20 years of experience in maintenance and facilities management to his role as Project Manager - Facilities with RFS®. His career journey includes two years as a Maintenance Engineer at a hospital, owning and operating his own facilities maintenance company, and 10 years of hands-on experience in various facilities roles. After serving as a mechanic in the Army and spending time in both Korea and Ft. Lewis, Washington, Quinten transitioned to construction and labor work across six states before moving into leadership positions, such as crew lead for restaurant remodels and maintenance engineer for a multi-building apartment complex and a behavioral health facility.

Beth Root
Coordination Supervisor, Facilities
Before joining RFS®, Beth gained extensive experience in project management and coordination across various industries, including the beverage industry, property management, and home health care. She has a strong background in process management, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Beth is a detail-oriented professional with a broad skill set in project management, process management, administration, and customer service. She is committed to continually growing and enhancing her organizational, analytical, and technical abilities. Her diverse experience now contributes significantly to the facility coordination team at RFS®.
