

Ron Wilhite
CEO
Ron founded RFS® in 2003 to specialize in facility maintenance and repair services with a highly accomplished team of professionals. As a licensed building contractor for over 30 years, Ron is a career facilities contractor well-versed in the peculiar needs of the multiple-location restaurant and senior living facilities manager. He has an undergraduate degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA from Tampa College.

Hal Bolter
President
Hal joined RFS® in 2016 as President and is an active member of the Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA) – serving as a founding member of its Trades Initiatives Task Force. Prior to RFS®, Hal obtained an expertise in process development and continuous improvement through his experience as a ship-board naval officer, and an industrial distributor serving a broad range of industries throughout the Americas.
Hal has a passion for leadership development and is committed to, and excellent, at building his leadership team, and developing his direct reports. As part of his own continuous improvement journey, Hal earned his Executive MBA at University of Miami in 2016. He earned his Engineering Degree from Auburn University, while on a four-year Navy ROTC scholarship. He served 9 years with the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, a portion of this time during the First Gulf War.

Chelsea Bolter
Vice President of Operations
Chelsea Bolter is a licensed building contractor serving as the Vice President of Operations for personnel and processes related to RFS® Facilities, RFS® Construction, RFS® Rollouts, and RFS® One Call divisions. She is responsible for driving process changes and enhancements, as well as leading trainings supporting best practices for nationwide RFS® Project Management and Coordination teams whose primary focus is to deliver exceptional service to our Clients.
Chelsea is an active member of the Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA) and graduated from the RFMA Leadership Program in 2020. Within RFMA, Chelsea serves as a member of the Vendor Voice Committee. She is also an active member of the Junior League of Tampa as well as Vistage Florida.
Prior to joining RFS®, Chelsea managed Human Resources for a large Commercial Real Estate and Financial Services firm in NYC. She holds an MBA with a concentration in digital marketing from Montclair State University in NJ, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.

Grady Bolter
Vice President of Finance
Grady supports RFS® as the Director of Finance & Accounting and previously held roles within Accounts Receivable & Collections to Accounts Payable (Lead) and transitioned to Accounting Manager. While in this role, Grady has been instrumental with the development and growth of the department along with implementation of “new ways” to do business.
Prior to joining RFS®, Grady worked at a non-profit organization in Tallahassee, FL where he helped enhance the quality of life for children and families while developing his own leadership skills and passion to help others. Grady holds an MBA from Montreat College in NC, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Florida State University with concentrations in Accounting.

Will LeBlanc
Senior Director of IT & Systems
Joining RFS® in late 2016, Will assumed the role of Project Coordinator, providing support to our Project Managers and Clients. Since then, he has held various positions within Operations, including Director of Operations prior to moving to the support side of the organization. Notably, Will was selected for the inaugural RFMA (Restaurant Facility Management Association) Leadership Program.
Motivated by the opportunity to support others and contribute to their growth, Will is driven by values, focused on results, and continuously seeks ways to enhance himself, his team, processes, and our company to elevate the Client experience.
Prior to joining RFS®, Will played pivotal roles at major themed entertainment companies, collaborating within their design and engineering teams to execute large-scale attraction developments, create new guest experiences, implement park technology projects, and even launch two new theme parks.

John Evans
Director of Training
John is a licensed building contractor with over 20 years of experience in the construction and facility services industry, specializing in managing and cost-controlling multiple simultaneous projects.efore joining the RFS® team more than a decade ago, he owned and served as president of a construction company and accumulated several years of experience in industrial maintenance.ohn initially served as Regional Manager, Facilities, before leading the Training Team.
