1. Fill out the fields in the form. All fields are required except for "Cell".

  2. Double-check your spelling!

  3. Click the "generate signature" button when you're done filling out the form fields.
    ( You should see the preview below the form update with your contact information.)

  4. If everything looks correct, click the "copy to clipboard" button.

  5. Your signature can now be pasted into the signature field of your email client.

DO NOT try to manually "select" and "copy" your signature. Only use the "copy to clipboard" button. Failure to follow this direction can result in improper formatting of your email signature when you paste it into your email client.
